RDF二级破碎生产线

废纺、废塑料、废包装袋等可燃工业固废由铲车等装载设备经由上料链板输送机进入一级破碎机，破碎后的物料再经除铁器除去铁磁性杂质，然后由一级破碎机出料输送机送往风选机。经过风选机，分选出砂石、玻璃等重物质，轻物质经风选机出料输送机送往二级破碎机，经二级破碎后的RDF产品由二级破碎机出料输送机汇入产品输送机，再由产品输送机送往下游成型设备或装车运输。系统配置除尘器，收集一级破碎、二级破碎及风选环节产生的粉尘以保持操作环境清洁。

Waste textiles, waste plastics, waste packing bags and similar combustible industrial wastes are fed to the Primary Shredder by a front loader via a Feeding Chain Plate Conveyor, ferromagnetic impurities are first removed by an Iron Separator from the shredded materials and the remains are then fed to a Wind Sifter by the Primary Shredder Discharge Conveyor. Through the Wind Sifter, heavy parts like stone, glass and other inerts are separated and the light parts are fed to the Secondary Shredder by the Wind Sifter Discharge Conveyor. Final RDF product after the 2-stage shredding is then extracted by the Secondary Shredder Discharge Conveyor and collected by a Product Conveyor for briquetting or for transportation. A Dust Collector is installed to remove the dusts produced by the primary shredding, the secondary shredding and the wind sifting to maintaining a clean operation circumstance.
